The Kings Journey ( a parody to "Twas the Night Before Christmas")

It was a week before Christmas and all throughout the house one thing was stirring and it wasn't the mouse.

But a  teenage boy who was quite parched.
Looking for some water to find but ends up quite confused

For Instead he finds a book where the water should be.

The boy looked at the book and saw the story of a of a King's birth.

And the boy was rather shocked with what he was seeing.
He sees an Angel, telling a Virgin she will give birth to the King.
And the woman was not scared of the tall, Angelic being.

She went to tell her cousin who was also with child,
that when she heard virgin's voice the child was not mild.
The virgin had told her all that has happened and she smiled

When the virgin returned ,she told her ,so to be husband, that she was with child.
This man was shocked and thought to hide their wedding not to embarrass himself, but to protect the virgin and the soon to be child,

The boy thought this was wrong but kept watching to see what would happen, to the soon to be born child.

A voice from above came to the man in a dream telling him to marry the virgin, because the Child that she would give birth to would save the world from their sin.
And the man married the Virgin,
And stopped the wedding diversion

A few weeks later, a decree had been made the people where to go to their homes of their forefathers.
The man took his wife to the city of Bethlehem the town of David.
When they arrived the baby's ,dated, day had come.

In a Stable on that chilly night,
One bright star shone bright,
Along with the Angles singing that sounded so right.
Saying,"Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men."

The Shepherds searched for the King, who was born in a manger.
And they soon found the small stranger,
and they left the little stranger, laying in a manger, in hopes of one day seeing Him later.

As weeks turned into months and months turned into years three kings came bringing gifts to the King of Kings.
Bringing Frankincense, Gold, and Myrrh to celebrate the Kings birth on earth.

And that is where the story ended for the boy, who had a smile on his face,
who was walking back to his room at quite a slow pace.
For he was thinking of what he had just seen, in the dark place
it was the beginning of the Kings Journey, a story that gave him hope and reminded him of God's grace.

Hey readers hope you enjoyed my little story,
and hope you all have an amazing Christmas.
